Warren changed the stones in the yard and she loves to walk along them.
She also loves going under the big tree and picking up the dry tree beans.
Here she has one in her mouth.
She can still be a little timid, had visitors this morning and the tail was between her legs but before they left, she was happy and going from one to the other for a pat.
Had to buy pet shampoo and flea collar the other day, he is itching a bit but only five fleas came off her so she may have a slight skin irritation.
The old saying is only one flea can cause an itch.
ReplyDeleteI do into massive flea protocol when I see one.
Hot wash all bedding in hot water & add lavendar to the rinse , flea bomb inside if possible, vacuum well, wash dog & apply something a little stronger than a flea collar :( if they're still around a few days lster I repeat the process, taking care to not overdose the dog or wash previous treatment off.
In previous times i also treated the yard but ww don't have any dusty spots here at the moment & thinks have chsnged since i last dud need it.
I do this when i see one flea. As i said, one flea can cause discomfort & where there is one there is usually many more.
Brace yourself, flea season is coming!
