I have been asked to make a steam punk costume, its not the one above but in a similar style.
Wow they used so much material back then. As the skirt is very full, I have started by making a rope petticoat to make it stand out. so far the pattern doesnt look too difficult. At least i have a few months to do it but definitely dont want to leave it until closer to the date.
I may update here as i move along with it. The one I am making will be black skirt with a blue coat.
