Last nights dinner

I read this recipe somewhere and decided to try it, something different.

I took a chicken breast made a pocket and filled it with cream cheese and spinach, secured with a toothpick, rubbed the outside of the chicken with salt and spices. Had sweet potato and a salad with lettuce cucumber, red peppers and olives with an avocardo cream dressing. Yum, I will be doing this again.
