Some of the people that we met in Alice Springs went to Yularu/Ayers Rock and it was raining out there. Its very rare that it rains there either. There are waterfalls coming over the Rock and the sights are amazing.

Rain in Coober Pedy and on the Rock!
We had some rain last night at Coober Pedy and about half an hour into our trip South the rain did set in.
Look at that, water is starting to lay in the paddocks. We were told in Coober Pedy that they had not have any rain for eight months.
Some of the people that we met in Alice Springs went to Yularu/Ayers Rock and it was raining out there. Its very rare that it rains there either. There are waterfalls coming over the Rock and the sights are amazing.
