After plan changes, postponement and delays, Warren had a physio appointment on the morning of our departure. Not to worry, we can pack and leave straight after, which we did, getting away at 11am.
Our house sitter arrived and Lucy as usual went nuts when she saw him. She had been moping around as she knew something was happening. She was probably dreading having to be on her lead all the time. I am sure she had a smile on her face when we left, as she was left at home with one of her favourite people.
First stop was at our usual park about ninety minutes from home.
Nice bottlebrush out in flower. There is lots of parking but there a small bridge on the way to the toilets where vans etc cannot access so its a bit of a walk which can be a good thing when travelling.
